引阳索颗粒剂中淫羊藿苷的含量测定研究
目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定引阳索颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法：采用ODSC18色谱柱（10μm，4．6×200mm），水-乙腈（71：29，体积比）为流动相，流速为1.0ml／min，检测波长为270nm，柱温为30℃。结果：淫羊藿苷在进样量0．2492μg～1．4952μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9994，平均加样回收率为99．57％，RSD为0．87％。结论：本方法操作简单，重现性好，可以作为该制剂的含量测定方法，适于质量控制。...
