激励评价应把握好'五性'
每逢学期末,学校都要对学生进行评价,评价的目的是让学生对自己有更全面、更清楚的认识和了解,使他们能在认识与了解的过程中振奋精神,学有方向,赶有目标.随着素质教育的深入,创新教育的开展,我认为激励评价很重要.在激励评价中,应把握好五性,即多元性、实效性、准确性、启迪性、科学性.……...
