个别协议对员工创新行为的影响——组织自尊的中介作用

结合社会交换理论,通过302份调查问卷,探究个别协议对员工创新行为的影响机制。研究结果发现,个别协议显著影响员工创新行为,且组织自尊在个别协议对员工创新行为的影响关系中起到完全中介作用。
