LncRNA及其作为ceRNA参与卵巢功能和相关疾病的研究进展

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)可通过转录、转录后调控及表观遗传修饰等影响基因的表达,参与调控卵巢生理功能.LncRNA还可作为竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA),通过竞争性结合微RNA(micro RNA,miRNA)而影响靶基因mRNA的表达,该调控方式称为lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA调控网络.LncRNA/miRNA/mRNA网络在调控卵巢生理功能和卵巢生殖功能障碍性疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,有望成为治疗生殖障碍性疾病的新靶点和诊断指标....
