戊四氮点燃模型大鼠海马苔藓纤维出芽的动态变化

目的:研究戊四氮(pentylenetetrazole,PTZ)慢性致痫模型点燃前后大鼠海马苔藓纤维出芽的动态变化,以探讨癫痫可能的发病机制。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为对照组和PTZ组(30mg/kg腹腔注射,每天1次)。在点燃前后用Timm染色法观察海马苔藓纤维出芽的动态变化。结果:PTZ组大鼠在行为学和脑电图尚未出现痫性改变之前就有苔藓纤维出芽,且随着点燃效应的逐步建立,苔藓纤维出芽逐渐增强。结论:苔藓纤维出芽可能对癫痫的形成和发展起重要作用。...
