泰乐菌素高产菌株诱变选育

TQ464; 本研究采用化学诱变剂(硫酸二乙酯)和物理诱变(微波)相结合的方法,选育泰乐菌素高产菌株.以弗氏链霉菌(Streptomyces fradiae)BL-16菌株为出发菌株,发酵效价6526μg/ml,将出发菌株采用微波诱变,通过菌株初筛、摇瓶复筛获得产素能力较高的菌株BLK-5,其摇瓶效价为9525μg/ml,再经硫酸二乙酯诱变,初筛、摇瓶复筛获得产素能力更高的菌株10个高产突变菌株,并对其进行遗传稳定性试验,结果表明LKY-8生产代谢旺盛,遗传稳定性好,发酵效价11126μg/ml,比出发菌株提高了70.49%....
