Ce掺杂TiO2催化剂的光催化性能

以钛酸丁酯[Ti(C4H9O)4]为钛源、硝酸铈[Ce(NO3)3·6H2O]为改性剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了掺Ce的TiO2催化剂,最佳掺Ce量为1.5%(mol),煅烧温度为500℃.采用X射线衍射、差热、紫外-可见光谱对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,500℃时煅烧的掺Ce1.5%的TiO2催化剂晶粒平均粒径为17.3nm,其光谱吸收边带发生了红移,吸收强度增大.Ce-TiO2光催化剂用量为10g/L,80W日光灯照射240min,对2μg/mL甲醛溶液的光催化降解率达38.75%....
