超声心动图评估抗肿瘤治疗患者心脏毒性的应用价值

R739.9; 近年来,随着抗肿瘤治疗方法及方案的不断发展,延长了肿瘤患者的存活时间,但与其相关的心脏毒性不容忽视.超声心动图因具有无创性、可重复性、无辐射、低成本、便捷等优势,成为临床医生监测抗肿瘤治疗过程中患者心功能的首选.左心室射血分数是应用最广泛的心脏功能评价参数,但敏感度较低;实时三维超声心动图提高了测量的准确度;负荷超声心动图可以评估抗肿瘤患者的左心室收缩功能储备;斑点追踪技术可以定量评价心肌运动与变形,整体纵向应变(global longitudinal strain,GLS)是评估亚临床心脏功能障碍的敏感指标,有望应用于广泛临床....
