S636.9; 采用改进的CTAB法,探讨了菜心DNA的提取质量及其对RAPD扩增效果的影响,结果表明,CTAB浓度为2%和EDTA浓度为15 mmol/L时提取的DNA质量以及DNA模板量范围在20~30 ng之间的RAPD扩增效果最好.
