耐促溶剂雷斯青霉菌株N~+注入诱变选育
在甾体生物催化过程中,向发酵液中添加亲水性有机溶剂,是增加底物溶解进而提高转化效率的有效手段,但有机溶剂对于菌体普遍具有毒性。为此采用N+注入诱变方法,对出发菌株雷斯青霉p-10-8进行改良,获得耐促溶剂菌株60 A-5-8,当投料量增大到4‰时转化率达82.61%。经过5次传代实验证明,该菌株具有较高的遗传稳定性。...
