用Dot—ELISA法检测囊虫病患者血清特异性IgG4

应用植物血凝索亲合层析技术所获得的纯化抗原进行斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot—ELISA)。用该方法对146例囊虫病患者、40例其它寄生虫感染者及36例健康人IgG4亚型的检测。结果表明，除3例囊虫病人未能检出外，143例均为阳性。其它寄生虫感及健康人均为阴性。该试验方法敏感性为98％，特异性为100％。结论：IgG4可作为囊虫病免疫诊断指标之一。...
