流化床中CH4/C3H8自热重整制合成气

在流化床反应器中,考察了Ni/SiO2催化剂上CH4或CH4-C3H8临氧CO2重整(自热重整)制合成气反应性能.结果表明,在CH4-C3H8混合气自热重整反应中,Ni粒径较小催化剂的活性和抗积炭性能较高,CH4和CO2转化率分别达75.5%和72.6%.C3H8比CH4更易解离及被氧化,部分C3H8解离出来的中间产物CHx物种可与吸附H结合为CH4,因而降低了CH4的表观转化率;CHx也可与吸附的CO2物种反应生成H2与CO,从而促进了CO2的转化....
