For educators, CoPs provide opportunities to learn from and with one another in a learning community focused on teachers’ needs (Grossman et al., 2001; Tannehill & MacPhail, 2017). They enable us to develop individually and collectively, engaging in a process of mutual learning through social interaction and collaboration (Wenger-Trayner & Wenger-Trayner, 2015).
