Zusammenfassung:Working in the academic world involves taking on several roles and positions within different landscapes of practice (Wenger, 2010; Wenger-Trayner & Wenger-Trayner, 2015) such as teaching, doing administrative activities, researching and supervising theses. Supervising is perhaps one of the most important activities. However, it is usually neglected by faculty members because of the many responsibilities one has when helping with the development process of a research piece that will be produced by a student-teacher who is just being introduced to the research culture.
