The concrete board support is attached to a top portion of one of the leg members and is adapted to secure the concrete board parallel to the base board. The concrete form apparatus may also include a removal mechanism to aid in the removal of the device, and it may also include at aperture through which a fastening device may be directed to secure the device to the base board. The present invention is modular and reusable.
