description The present invention relates to a new and distinctive soybean cultivar, designated SG5010NRR. There are numerous steps in the development of any novel, desirable plant germplasm. Plant breeding begins with the analysis and definition of problems and weaknesses of the current germplasm, the establishment of program goals, and the definition of specific breeding objectives. The next step is selection of germplasm that possess the traits to meet the program goals. The goal is to combine in a single variety an improved combination of desirable traits from the parental germplasm. These important traits may include higher seed yield, resistance to diseases and insects, better stems and roots, tolerance to drought and heat, and better agronomic quality. A soybean cultivar, designated SG5010NRR, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar SG5010NRR, to the plants of soybean SG5010NRR and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing the cultivar SG5010NRR with itself or another soybean variety. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar SG5010NRR with another soybean cultivar.
