Each posting sheetlet in the multi-layer sheet has an adhesive partially covering each face thereof in approximate aligned areas of the respective faces. A front face or a back face of the individual posting sheetlet is adhered to a substrate while an opposed face holds an item for posting. In use, an individual posting sheetlet is readily removed from the multi-layer sheet and a cover panel removed from the posting sheetlet to fully expose the front face and the back face of the individual posting sheetlet.
