The rolling surface connects the first surface and the second surface to form generally a V-shape cross-section to the coin chute. The V-shape has an angle between the first and second surface surfaces, and is inclined at an angle relative to the horizontal. The angles and are selected to be values that cause the coins to move under a gravitational force and slidably roll across the rolling surface. |
