Zusammenfassung:Light across the channel: The utility of time‐resolved fluorescence imaging as a detection modality for microfluidic systems has been extended by a study of DNA–dye binding interactions. The combination of time‐resolved fluorescence imaging and continuous‐flow microfluidics provides a powerful route to the resolution and quantification of multistate biological systems with precise spatial and temporal reaction control.
