It is necessary to analyze the power and extraction processing time calculation for commercial-scale production using a rotary vacuum evaporator. The results of the analysis of power and processing time are used as considerations for the production process of commercial-scale Meniran extract. In this technical report, the power calculation includes heat, rotation, and vacuum pump calculations. Factors affecting production energy and time are the amount of solution, the power of the heater, and the work of the vacuum pump. From the calculation results, the total power required is 200 W for the initial weight of the solution of 1 kg, and the extraction time is 2.5 hours.
