description In 2021, the Directorate General of Higher Education organized the Bangkit Academy program in conjunction with Google, GOTO, and Traveloka as one of the student competency development initiatives. It was taught during a semester via distance learning utilizing the LMS Google Classroom, and it graduated 2,250 students in 2021. The goal of this study is to examine the factors that inspire system acceptance and use, as well as how the quality of the technology utilized can influence intentions to act and actual use of the LMS Google Classroom for the Bangkit Academy 2021. The study examined 11 variables using the UTAUT, UGT, and DMISM methods: cognitive, affective, and social needs from the UGT method; performance, effort expectations, social impact, behavioral intentions, and usage behaviors from the UTAUT method; and system, information, and service quality from the DMISM method. The slovin formula was used to sample 100 people using a targeted sampling method. Path analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that all UGT method variables and two UTAUT method variables (performance and effort expectations) have an effect on behavioral intent. Behavioral intent variables influence usage behavior. However, the DMISM approach variables (social impact, system, information, and service quality) have no effect on usage intention.
