Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this research is to analyze the risks to which storage is exposed as a result of misuse of appropriate climatic conditions in the design of food stores according to (HAZOP) analysis. Commercial stores of foodstuffs were selected as a sample for the research As their number reached (eight) distributed on different sites in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate and to collect data for the research a multidisciplinary team was formed that conducted direct interviews with employers and warehouse officials and made notes on the risks to which each store is exposed as these risks were measured according to the storage conditions (humidity, ventilation, lighting, temperature) and its impact on the design of the store in terms of (Location, Area, Building Type, Electricity, Tools, Handling) After taking notes, they were unloaded according to a matrix for measuring storage risks according to the method (HAZOP), Relying on the guiding words for the study of HAZOP and the factors causing risks, a set of results were reached the most important of which is the exposure of food stores the research sample to deviations that cause risks as a result of poor food storage and its exposure to risks due to the impact of the design on the climatic conditions of the store. |
