description A new distribution that has two parameters is provided here in this study’s findings. The investigation of any and all mathematical and statistical aspects will be covered in this talk. The objective of this study is to determine the parameters of the new exponential-Weibull distribution by employing the maximum likelihood estimation method, the rank set sampling estimation method, and the ordinary least squares estimation method which use in this search and comparison between these methods by using the mean squares error technique, based on actual leukemia data samples obtained from the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment, the Central Hospital for children’s Education, and the Iraqi Ministry of Education. The data samples were obtained from the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment It is dependent on the patient’s diagnostic record as well as the total number of days spent in the hospital before the patient passed away.
