New approaches to prevention of workplace injuries in agro-industrial complex

The formation, but no improvement of working conditions, will allow to make active the professional potential of workers and to increase the duration of operational time due to the termination of independent breaks in work which sometimes reach 40% of operational time. At the same time, labor protection must become not a component, but the purpose of the production organization, providing a quick increase in productivity. A proper consideration will allow providing costs reduction to labor protection for self-preservation and aging of the worker organism; increase in efficiency of each person, an opportunity to increase the actual fund of working hours, having reduced idle times of the serviceable equipment; decrease in traumatism and incidence, turnover of staff. The new system of conducting labor protection based on change of a stream of deviations and violations from requirements of acts, rules, and instructions for labor protection allows increasing overall performance on safety.
