Zusammenfassung:The article describes the impact of COVID-19 spread on the organization staff activity conditions. The problem is also aggravated by the implemented economic digitalization program. The authors analyze the problems of building a quality management system that will be appropriate for the current epidemiological situation. The authors conducted polling of the organizations with various ownership types in the territory of the Khabarovsk Krai to identify the problem in the quality management system. In addition, the authors provide a rationale for the change in conventional HR management in the current conditions.
