description | Organizations having a higher focus on customers, such as departmental stores, financial, telecommunication, and sales, are the most regular users of data mining these days. Personality of any user is essential for identifying how one leads their life, communicates with others, collaborates among a team, negotiate businesses and manage pressure and stress. Skills and the nature of a potential employee are equally considered by the corporate world today. Be it the personal life or the professional life, personality helps one to be successful in both prospects. Therefore, the employer should be well versed with the nature of the employee. As the number of job seekers is exponentially proportional to the number of job openings, it is not always possible to shortlist the suitable candidates just by looking at their resume. The most important characteristic that defines the way people connect with the outside environment is personality. Personality traits will already be stored in the database. After that, when the user adds his personality qualities, the system examines them in the database and detects the user personality using Big Five Personality traits. This information may be used to classify individuals using personality classification software [1]. Based on previous classifications, this data may be applied to predict user personality. To sell more pertinent adverts, this technique is important to social media as well as numerous ad vending websites. This technique will be useful for businesses and other organizations who want to hire people based on their personalities rather than their technical skills. |
