description The principles of the approach to the design of an electromechanical module for driving the driving wheels of a transport vehicle with a kinematic method of steering control are considered. A technique for estimating the values of external parameters and constructing a kinematic diagram of the mechanical part of the module based on the principles of designing kinematic diagrams of planetary gearboxes with two degrees of freedom is proposed. The structure of the mechanical part of the module is proposed. The modes of operation of the proposed mechanism are listed. The circuit solution proposed in the article seems promising for implementation in the creation of electric vehicles, light tractors and special machines.
