Zusammenfassung:The assessment procedures of an individual building rely on different parameters and the best way to determine all of these parameters is through modeling the building using a modern finite element method software integrated into building information modeling workflow with all the relevant information and detailing. Visual programming tools are becoming increasingly popular and efficient in terms of automatization of the modeling process in the construction and design process. Using the LIRA-SAPR software package this study presents an algorithm and key features of the proposed methodology of the modeling of the reinforced concrete large panel buildings with SAPFIR-Generator visual programming tool and describes a design of a visual model in the case example. From a large-scale perspective this modeling methodology could be a vital part in developing a system of building’s structural condition assessment in urban areas; sufficiently decrease the complexity of the modeling and increase its quality, reliability, and flexibility for further improvements.
