description The large scale policy of health protocols by the Government of Indonesia has changed the worship habits of Church congregations from offline to online. However, problems arise when Church administrators have limited knowledge of how to use worship broadcast applications. This research describes the creation of a broadcasting control room server using a research and development framework through experimental methods. Smart Church Broadcasting algorithms are Capture, Encode, Go Live, and Decode. This study uses experimental results on a Church in the city of Purwokerto. The results of this study are a Church worship system utilizing internet technology with a limited budget for purchasing professional broadcasting equipment but being able to digitize analogue equipment owned by the Church. Furthermore, this research results in an evaluation of the performance evaluation of the implementation of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto based on the Smart Church Broadcasting (SCB) system through the determination of function and variables adopted from the Smart City concept. The results of this study can be used to support Church worship infrastructure during the Covid-19 pandemic.
