Zusammenfassung: | Physico-chemical methods of research of cement stone on mechanoactivated binder with additive chamotte are given. By means of differential-thermal analysis the research of mechanically activated cements without addition and with addition of 30 % of ground chamotte was carried out. At introduction of a mineral additive - ground chamotte on curves of DTA characteristic endothermic effects at 150 °С are observed; 510 °С; 830 – 840 °С. The reduction of the endoeffect at 520 °С confirms the completion of the pozzolanic reaction between chamotte and calcium hydroxide. The active structure-forming role of chamotte was revealed, which confirms the results of both microscopic and microprobe X-ray spectral analysis. In the study of the phase composition and microstructure of mechanically activated cement stone modified with the addition of ground chamotte, an intensive course of structure formation processes was established, which contributes to the compaction of the stone and the growth of its strength. |
