Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to describe the critical abilities of students in physics courses due to distance learning during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. This method aims to describe critical thinking skills in physical subjects on the subject of business and energy in the population studied as many as 60 students. Data collection techniques using tests. A test that aims to measure students’ critical thinking skills which include basic clarification indicators, basic support, inference, and advanced clarification. The results of data processing test results obtained that the components obtained by a score of 52 students are included in the less critical category. The basic clarification component obtained of score 70 is quite critical, the basic support component obtained of score 56.25 is quite critical, the inference component obtained of score 50 is included in the less critical category, and the advanced clarification component obtained of score 32 is included in the very critical category. Suggestions in this study need learning activities that can train critical thinking skills such as analysis of physical phenomena to strengthen reasoning and expert-guided exercises. |
