description | The high case of a work accident in high-rise building construction is the reason why this research was conducted. The objective of this research is to determine the dominant work accident in high-rise building construction and in what work does the risk can occur. Another objective is to determine the risk controls and also the forms of control that can be used. The dominant risk is determined by the desk study method and mode of appearance from the research data. This study also conducted interviews with occupational health and safety experts to validate research results. From the analysis, there are five dominant risks based on the mode of appearance, namely risk of falling from a height (28.93%), risk of being hit by a falling object (23.14%), losing control of heavy equipment (12.40%), electrocuted. (6.61%) and cut (4.13%). The results achieved in the study were occupational accident risk control based on the administrative control, namely WI Working at Height, WI Housekeeping, WI Heavy Equipment, WI Electrical Safety, and WI Cutting Machines. The WI can be used as an effort to control risk and as guidelines for workers to work safely. |
