Development of the comfort environment of urban agglomeration

Issues of agglomeration today are of particular interest in the field of special attention. Relevance is due to the practical aspects of the qualitative change in the life of cities, improving the functioning of the transport system, including the entire infrastructure, transport enterprises, vehicles, as well as increasing the flow of labor. However, the agglomeration can be considered expedient and effective if the solutions of a set of many tasks at the legislative level are regulated and specific urban development projects. The tasks of the theoretical analysis of the study are to identify the current situation and trends in the development of a comfortable environment in the urban agglomeration, where the transport structure is the main connecting network, in particular transport by rail, which provides an ever-increasing movement of passenger traffic. The purpose and solutions of problems in the work are realized by system-comparative analysis, presentation of statistics. The main conceptual idea of the further development of Russia is to change the administrative division of the state, to create comfortable conditions for residents of urban agglomerations. It can be assumed, as a result, the intensity of the passenger flow of the flow will change. In conditions of daily movement, it is important not only the process of comfortable overcoming the distance, but the time factor. In addition, transport and technological transformations naturally affect the need to define a new route network, improve the sphere of transport logistics. Territorial division into agglomerations is becoming a priority benchmark in creating conditions for improving the Russian economy aimed at competitiveness in the global life system. Solving the issues of expedient development and functioning of a comfortable environment of the urban agglomeration require a large and painstaking work of careful study, deep and large-scale research in many areas.
