description Ornamental plants are a horticulture commodity with various agribusiness opportunities in Indonesia. Chrysanthemum is an ornamental plant with strong economic potential. In Indonesia, chrysanthemums are a popular cut flower. Given the widespread public interest in the chrysanthemum plant's usage capacity, it is vital to grow and cultivate it. However, a frequent impediment was the limitation of seeds, despite efforts to overcome it using tissue culture procedures. This research aimed to determine the influence of synthetic hormones of BAP and NAA on the shoot and root induction in the proliferation of chrysanthemum plantlets of the Sabiya agrihorti variety. The study employed a quantitative approach, which demonstrates the relationship between factors. The research approach was experimental, with nine treatments consisted of: MS, BAP 2 ml/L, BAP 4 ml/L, NAA 2 ml/L, NAA 4 ml/L, BAP 2 ml/L+NAA 2 ml/L + BAP 2 ml/L+NAA 4 ml/L, and BAP 4 ml/L + NAA 4 ml/L The results indicated that K1 (BAP 2 ml/L) was significantly effective for shoot induction, whereas K4 (NAA 4 ml/L) was significantly effective for root induction.
