description This study aims to obtain an overview of the alumni's perspective on academic quality services in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Education in the current pandemic era. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research (quantitative research) through a survey approach covering three stages: 1) concept and instrument development; 2) data collection, and 3) data analysis and reporting. The subjects of this study were alumni of the Mechanical Engineering Education Department in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 as well as alumni users, both from government and private institutions. The distribution of the questionnaires is carried out online through google docs and direct distribution to alumni and alumni users. The results showed that most of the alumni of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program assessed that academic quality services during the current pandemic era were in the good category with an overall average score of 79.40%. Regarding the implementation of learning and the quality of services in this pandemic era, alumni gave a good assessment with an overall average score of 78.85% and 79.50%, respectively, but in this case, it is still necessary to improve the quality in terms of human resources and facilities and infrastructure. Regarding the competencies possessed by graduates which include aspects of integrity, professionalism, IT skills, communication, teamwork, and self-development, the alumni are considered to be very good with an overall average score of 81.25%.
