Zusammenfassung: | The novel nano co polymer namely (2,2’-(((phthaloylbis(oxy))bis.(2-hydroxypropane-3,1diyl)) bis(oxy))bis.(carbonyl)) di benzoic acid) was synthesized in ratio of 3.0 mole Phthalic anhydride and 2 mole of glycerol and characterized by using FT-IR, 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR, and AFM. newly synthesized nano co-polymer was investigated as drug delivery carrier in acidic pH 2.2 and in basic pH 8.0 environment. The maximum loading ratio was arrived (66) % after 11 days in basic medium, while in acidic medium was (28) % after 3.0 days respectively. The release mechanism was described be two-term equation, which was there are a gradual transition from diffusion controlled into dissolution controlled mechanism. For more information, about the interaction between the polymer and albumin molecules DFT studies and MD simulation were done. |
