description Occupational health is one of the things that must be considered in doing a job. One of the problems that often arises is the presence of complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced by workers, but usually these complaints occur after a long period of work, this usually occurs in small industries where posture analysis methods are often ignored. Achieving worker health cannot be separated from the role of ergonomics, as one of the sciences that studies human interaction and the work environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the posture of workers when working on the pressing section of a tile factory, to analyze the posture of workers in this study using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. From the RULA results, the final score is 4 and 5 for work posture 1 which has a low risk of MSDs, while for work posture 2, it gets a RULA score of 7 where the score has a high risk of MSDs, so an immediate improvement in work posture is needed. further research to improve this posture, by designing a table to place the material, so as to eliminate work posture 2, where workers bend over to pick up the material.
