description | Due to the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology, mobile communications have appeared in the form of "disruptive innovation" in personal mobile phones and free instant messaging software, which has impacted traditional telecom companies and changed the way of communication between people, and has become an indispensable tool in modern life, so there is a need for in-depth understanding. At present, the academic circles are also generally concerned about the development of instant messaging software, but most of them are based on research on stickers, customer satisfaction and loyalty, technology acceptance models and marketing. This research attempts to use the innovative use theory of the functional, emotional and social dimensions proposed by Christensen (2017), and "disruptive innovation thinking, that using the first three stages of introduction period", growth period and mature period of enterprise life cycle to distinguish the LINE's events and discuss the "innovative use theory" three dimension, the impact on individuals and society of the LINE. In addition to providing academic implications for researchers, this research also provided many suggestions for practitioners |
