description | The article summarizes the experience of conducting the International Youth Scientific School "Space Exploration: Theory and Practice – 2020" by the forces of the Educational and Scientific Youth Space Center of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University under the conditions of anti-epidemic measures in a remote format in comparison with the long-term experience of conducting this summer scientific school in person. The paper provides information about the experience of the organizers in using distance learning technologies at the beginning of the school. We also consider the features of scheduling classes, taking into account the participation of students from a very large number of time zones. Information is provided on the choice of means of conducting distance learning and the criteria used in this choice. The methodological features of conducting various school events in the remote mode are considered. Based on the unique experience of using distance educational technologies in many respects, the analysis of the main identified positive and negative aspects of conducting school events in a remote format is presented. According to the results of this analysis, it is concluded that the experience gained will definitely be partially in demand in the future, but the online format cannot completely replace the full-time holding of this school with the existing level of development of distance educational technologies. |
