description | The article presents the results of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of mineral additives in trout feed, including their impact on the quality of production feed during long-term storage. The positive effect of mineral additives on the containment of lipid oxidation processes in fish feeds in case of violation of the tightness of the packaging is shown. It was found that the presence of mineral premix modified by high temperatures in the production feed for trout effectively affects the change in the dynamics of the development of a complex microbial community of feed in the direction of reducing the types of microorganisms that provoke spoilage of feed and cause infectious diseases of various etiologies. |
