Zusammenfassung: | In this workis analyzed the technological process of polymerization of vinyl chloride of the suspension method. The process is carried out in drops of monomer dispersed in the aqueous phase by intensive mixing. A small amount of the initiator is dissolved into the monomer, and a protective colloid is introduced into the aqueous phase, which prevents the adhesion of monomer-polymer particles. In the existing management system, much attention is paid not only to regulation by technological parameters, but also to management by indicators of the quality of the management process, technical and economic efficiency. It is necessary to improve the process control algorithms to get the better products. In this regard, this article presents the development of a mathematical model of the polymerizer reactorto optimize the process. The pressure and temperature of the PVC suspension are considered as output variables, as the main parameters that affect the molecular weight, and, as a result, the brand of the polymer. |
