Deduction of Λ(1405) pole position from CLAS data
We have studied the photoproduction of Λ(1405) from the CLAS Collaboration with a chiral dynamics model. The reaction γ+p→K+(π∑)0 was conducted for the wide range of photon energies 1.95

The reaction γ+p→K+(π∑)0 was conducted for the wide range of photon energies 1.95 <W< 2.85GeV at Jefferson Lab. We have analyzed the invariant mass spectra for this reaction at different energies by employing K¯N−π∑ coupled channel T- matrices, namely Tπ∑←K¯N(T21) and Tπ∑←π∑(T22) derived from a chiral-based interaction. We then varied the coupling strength of chiral interaction in order to find χ2 minimum for the calculated invariant mass spectra of CLAS data. The mass M and decay width Γ of the Λ(1405) resonance is deduced to be 1401.8−2.3+2.3MeV/c2 and 65.4−5.0+5.0MeV respectively, from the interaction parameter set which provides the minimum χ2 fit spectrum.</description><identifier>ISSN: 0094-243X</identifier><identifier>EISSN: 1551-7616</identifier><identifier>DOI: 10.1063/5.0037112</identifier><identifier>CODEN: APCPCS</identifier><language>eng</language><publisher>Melville: American Institute of Physics</publisher><subject>Chi-square test ; Chiral dynamics ; Deduction ; Interaction parameters ; Invariants ; Mass spectra ; Mass spectroscopy ; Photoproduction ; Statistical tests</subject><ispartof>AIP conference proceedings, 2021, Vol.2319 (1)</ispartof><rights>Author(s)</rights><rights>2021 Author(s).
