description Using transfer matrix method, we theoretically study the reflectance and transmittance behavior of one-dimensional photonic crystal made up of alternate layers of high Tc-superconductor (Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu2O8) and dielectric material at different temperatures and at different angle of incidence. From the study, we observe that the range of 100% reflectivity decreases as the temperature is increases and width of the photonic band gap increases with increases of angle of incidence and number of periodic layers.
