Oblique incidence of a strong electromagnetic wave on a cold inhomogeneous electron plasma. Relativistic effects

A method which simplifies the investigation of the form of an obliquely incident wave on a plane parallel layered plasma by reducing it to the case where the wave is normally incident is presented. The resonance at N 0=N c (critical density) is discussed. Another resonance at N 0=4N c is described.
