description | At the Department of «Automation and process control» of the Kazan National Research Technological University (the KNRTU) a laboratory stand for the study of heat metering devices and automated energy saving systems was developed and put into operation for the preparation of masters of Science specializing in 15.04.04 «The automation of technological processes and production». The automated system of measuring information processing and control of the laboratory bench is implemented on the basis of the controller of the distributed system Centum VP of the Yokogawa Company. The interactive environment Matlab&Simulink was used to solve the problems of analysis and synthesis of automatic control systems of the laboratory bench. The software library modules in Matlab&Simulink environment are developed to solve such problems as: the reaction of the system to non-typical input effects; synthesis of the controller using logarithmic frequency characteristics; synthesis of the controller by spectral method; optimization of control systems with PID controller and others. On the basis of the work performed, a textbook for course and diploma design was issued, including a large number of examples in the Simulink and Matlab environment. |
