Zusammenfassung: | In this work, we have explored possibility of coupling a coplanar waveguide resonator (CPW resonator) and quantum tunnel junction system, such as quantum point contact for quantum amplification applications. We have designed and optimized the operating parameters of the CPW resonator using high-frequency simulation software and measured the transmission and reflection characteristics. The results of the simulations are verified by CPW resonators fabricated on various substrates. Tunnel junction systems and variable resistors are coupled to the resonators, and the change in response as a function of the device impedance is characterized. |
