SSP has four Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), produces liquid steel as raw material of slab steel. In this research, we developed an optimization allocation model in EAF of SSP to maximize the profit considering maintenance schedule. The optimization model was solved by Optquest – Crystal Ball. The optimization results show that the model is able to find the optimal allocation of liquid steel production of each period considering EAF maintenance schedule. Based on the optimal result, the company can achieve a total profit of IDR 13,774,888,400. |
