Zusammenfassung:In this paper, lithium-niobate thin films were deposited using spray pyrolysis method. Further investigations of the physical properties of prepared samples were also studied. The spray pyrolysis deposition method was performed over a quartz substrate employing new raw materials as precursor compounds. During the deposition process, a range of annealing temperatures were set to maintain a physical changes in the prepared samples properties. Further, the structural properties were also characterized using field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), AFM, and film thickness.
