Zusammenfassung: | The results of the filtration process simulation in a reactor-clarifier installation using a suspended loading layer are presented. Calculations were carried out in ANSYS Fluent on the basis of the Navier-Stokes equations supplemented by the equations of the Eulerian model of multiphase taking into account granularity of the particle phase. The unsteady picture of the formation of a fluidized («boiling») layer of particles is obtained. The results of parametric calculations allowing to estimate the effect of the flow velocity, the loading layer thickness, the thickness of sand and other parameters on the fluidized bed structure are presented. The liquid flow rate at which the loading grains are not washed out is determined. The diameter of particles and the height of the loading layer, at which the filter material is suspended and thus normal operation of the plant is ensured, are defined. |
