Zusammenfassung:This study was designed to understand the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the family's role in their students' college experiences. Specifically, the authors examined parents' attitudes towards institutions' COVID-19 decision-making, parents' perceptions of communication quality between families and institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the short-term impact of the pandemic on students' education and personal well-being in addition to family well-being.
